Company overview

The company was founded at the beginning of 2006 by the executives of the leading HR departments of metallurgical and oil&gas industries. The foundation of the company was aimed at unification of the best practices in HR management. Being the employed managers we were in a strong need of good consulting services. Often the tools and procedures, developed in-house by our HR departments, were significantly more efficient and achieved stable results in comparison with the services, provided by the branded companies consultants . We have realized, that it is impossible to bring a good consulting product and trigger positive changes in the customer company without knowledge of the specific features of its production process.

Clients and partners of ABMC appreciated the value of this, and the current demand for our service defined the further company's development model.

Therefore, by the end of 2007 the ABMC company has been transformed to a holding of the same name. At present, Group includes 7 companies:
